half way to st. paddy's kilt night!

Auld Dubliner at university and euclid southwest corner ( UofA campus)

Vinnie and myself have booked the auld dubliner for a half way to St. Paddy's day celebration!

Bagpipes for 15 mins. every hour, great food, great drinks, and great patrons ( not your typical college bar...matter of fact the discourage " college bar" behaviour....and by discourage.....I mean they will kick them out and by kick them out I mean they will " escort" them to the door....however nessicary(sp)......you get the idea! )


anywho....we will start around 8:30 and finish up around 12 come hang out with us, and help make this a regular thing ( we're kinda auditioning for a regular engagement)

I will see if I can make it down for that. It's on a Monday, so it makes it really difficult for me to drive to Tucson and then back to the valley, and then have to be at work the next morning by 7:00. I will see what I can do though. Thanks!

I know what you mean Ayin, I got a new job this month, .....I'm working on the border fence! the $$ was too good to pass up , so I'm taking a vacation from firefighting for about 2 months to do it, tomorrow I get up @ 3:30 to get down there by 5:30, then get off at 4:00 and jet back home to be at Auld Dub by 8:00, home by 12:30 and get up again at 3:30 (sigh) if I had known I was going to be working this job I wouldnt have commited to playing!! Tues. is gonna SUCK!!!

I hope you make it down, I get a $100 tab, I'll buy you a drink, or some food !!

It doesn't look so good for coming down tonight. My car wouldn't make it that far, and my girlfriend has to be at work by 5:00am, so there's no way we could go down there together. We'll have to catch up next time. Have fun tonight and I hope you get some sleep!

everyone had fun( and contrary to the bets placed against....I actually made it through work the next day!!) the bar manager wants us back , and I will post the dates as they come along ( a week prior ) I know for fact he wants us on the highland games weekend in November, and of course St. Paddy's day!
