Kilts in Belmont, CA

I know it's short notice but Friday August 26th a few of the kilted are converging on Devil's Canyon Brewery in Belmont, CA.

This is an UNOFFICIAL kilt night, as we are just a few proudly kilted men with a common love for a good strong Scotch Ale.

Devil's Canyon Brewery opens its doors the last Friday of every month and offers a variety of in-house brews for $2 a cup. I highly recommend coming out and having a good time. If you happen to come, look for the big bald guy in the kilt and say hi. I'll gladly buy you a beer if you come wearing a kilt.

I probably won't be getting off work until 11:00pm. Sometime before that time we can exchange phone numbers so that I can call to find out if you guys are still there before I drive up there from where I work (Santa Clara).

Motorman, by all means, bring your girlfriend. It's a pretty laid back place, you ought to like it. I'm assuming by your avatar that you are an LEO? You'll be among fellow LEO's if you are. My cousin and a bunch of friends from the S.O. were the ones that introduced me to this place and they frequent it regularly.

Rigged, you ought to make it by 11:45PM or so. If I can make it, I can pretty much guarantee that I'll be there until after 1:00! That is, unless they run out of beer first!

I went ahead and posted a couple of listings on CraigsList to generate some participation. The goal is to get lots of guys in kilts and chicks in miniskirts. I'm posting a start time of 7pm. It opens at 5pm, but that is early for people getting off work, etc.. I plan on being there around 6 pm. I hope to see you all there!
