Louisville Kilt Night Pics June 23, 2009

Elam (aka Leathern) was in Louisville on business from his hometown Dallas, so a few of us locals decided to show him a little bit of southern hospitality by taking him out to O'Shea's Irish Pub on Baxter for a Kilt Night with drinks, dinner, and spirited conversation. Attendees were Elam, his chauffuer and guide for the evening John (aka EagleJCS), Tom (bikeolounger), Sandy (aka JSFMACLJR), myself (Jeff aka ForresterModern) and my wife Caroll (not a kilt lover) and our 16 month old son Carter (no handle but also kilted). A few pics:

Jeff and Carter dressed and ready to go:

Jeff and Carter closeup for Mommie:

Group shot--Elam (? tartan), Sandy (? tartan), Jeff (Braveheart movie tartan) holding Carter (MacDonald Clan Modern), John (Red Scott), and Tom (? tartan)

Carter making connections with a hot babe named Kacy----see you at the zoo later, girl. Time for my nap and bottle right now. (I think he got her number though). The power of the kilt in action.

A good time was had by all. Sorry to be so slow to post the pics guys. Chime in with your handles and tartans if I didn't already fill them in.

Thanks for posting those, Jeff And for coming out! It was great to meet all of y'all. My tartan, since you have it marked as ? is a Ferguson Modern. Sandy's/JFSMACLJR is a mac Lean of Duart Hunting. And I think Tom/bikeolounger said his was an Armstrong?

I think I overheard Kacy saying something about a boyfriend... Carter might have his job cut out for him on that one

    Wonderful pictures.

Your boy sure looks happy in his kilt and is certainly off to a great start! (and he's got an excellent name! )
