Raleigh's First Kilt Night
Celtic Cherokee mentioned this in his newbie post:
http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=21597
about Raleigh's first Kilt Night at Tir Na Nog in downtown.
Wow, was it an awesome time. The turn out was great, and Albannach was tearing the place up. The general manager posted to a Yahoo Group that Tir Na Nog intends to make this a regular thing (every other month) since it was such a success.
Here are some pics from it:

Now that looks like enough fun to persuade me to drive the 4 hours over to Raleigh! Keep us posted on future events!

Maybe I'll make it there one of these times.
I did get to see Albannach at the Celtic Halloween Fest that Saturday, however.
If anyone wants to see some pics, they are http://www.avonleatreasures.com/forums/index.php?act=module&module=gallery&cmd=user&user=2&op=view_album&album=13
