SOKS-CWH-Hamilton (?)
Just a thought and not really a Kilt "night" but rather a day.
We've all enjoyed Cessna152Towser photo tours (amongst others ), I'm suggesting one Saturday or Sunday afternoon we return the pleasure. In Hamilton we have a collection of warplanes that we could show the world. Including one of only two flying Avro Lancaster's left in the world at the Canadian Warplane Heritage.
Who's interested and when would be a good day?

I have thought about stopping by there, unfortunately my work schedule is such that I can not make it on the weekend.

Glen, you're looking a little pale! Perhaps you work too much. **cough, cough**

I'm not in for this month, but Kilt Day December?
(There you go, Glen - almost three weeks to get a schedule change or call in sick.)

I can not change the schedule, I also have no more vaction days this year and with the holidays looming unpaid days off are not in my future. However I am always ready to drive out there once work is over.

Well, they're open from 9-5 all week. It's about 20 minutes from Burlington. Although Toronto to Burlington will most likely be busy. Is it looking possible?

It's possible. September till April is when I make my money to buy more kilt stuff, so things can change on a week's notice. At the moment, most of my Saturday's and Sunday's are free. I work Tuesday and Friday nights, and dance Wednesday night.

In several of the aircraft you are allowed (encouraged) to go aboard. Having shoe-horned my buttocks in a CF-100 once I shall be taking the precautions of preventing exposure of my short comings. Woe be the one who doesn't heed my warning and climps a ladder ahead of me . If no-one has sat in a circa 1950's fighter before you'll appreciate the cajones of these fighter jocks.
