There was a discussion about a Celtic night at the Sleekit Badger here in Dodge (Dunnville). I will see if that is scheduled yet. I will get back tomorrow on this. BTW I should be more visible here shortly... I am sending in the forms for our broadband internet access tomorrow. Hopefully it will be bye-bye Ma Bell and her slow a$$ dial-up!

The Sleekit Badger and my gorgeous hair got "0" kilt checks, whilst a bald rotund local got, what 13? And why would I go back?

On May 18-19th I'll be at the Edinboro Highland Games, but that's a bit of a drive for everyone else.
While I think of it, here are some other events this summer:
June 22-23 Hamilton Highland Games
August 10 Fergus Scottish Festival
August 18 Amherst Scottish Festival & Highland Games - Glengarry Bhoys were at this one last year ...
August 24-26 Buffalo Irish Festival - Glengarry Bhoys, Barleyjuice, Seamus Kennedy, the Leftovers - I arranged vacation for this one.
Sept 7-8 Fort Erie Celtic Festival (Loch Sloy)
I'll try to remember to add these to the Calendar as well.

Then we shall swipe a golf cart and terrorize the grounds. You're driving. We can strap Marbles to the front and we'll pretend we're driving a Mack truck!

Fergus on the 11, 12 and 13th, i'll make that one for sure. O yea, I live here and spend the weekend at the games helping Machummel at the CCK booth, but never the less i'll be there!!!, i'll make that one for sure.
If all goes right and the directors get off there duffs, they may just book the Glengarry Bhoys for the Sat. night again I hope. That way Phat Piper will be there too!!.
As far as I know Robert from R-kilts will be there again (usually has his booth there) and a few others always come every year (Wompet has come up the last few years).
The pints (and scotch for all but MacHummel)will flow at the evening festivities for sure my kilted brothers. MacHummel overdid the single malt last year and payed dearly by losing his voice and his sanity at a busy Sunday of selling kilts. I'll be keeping a better eye on him this year.
