Wv Kno
Greetings!
Anyone in West Virginia? Anyone in the greater Charleston area? I've seen one other kilted man and he was a kid, dressed as a "poonk" rocker.
The Beckley Games have been cancelled for '07.
Charleston has any number of places to have a non-themed KNO. Not lot of good live music and the festivals haven't started yet.
Please E-mail me or post here. Thanks!

Welcome from Oregon and a former Mountaineer. I lived in Scott Depot for three years, graduated from Winfield High School in 1974 then went on to WVU. Kilts in St Albans - who'd a thunk it.

Well, I'm only about a half hour from West Virginia, but I'm a long way from Charleston. I am close to Charles Town though.

Hi back, folks! I was on a wee bit in '05, but fell away. Was in Richmond, VA, then. Mostly I lurk & don't log in. Yep, kilts in St. Albans. Now that the weather has settled, I'm wearing them every day, except for work. Jeans are miserable after hours kilted. No bad reactions here. Of course, one of my kilts is in Mossy Oak camo, so I kinda blend. LOL. Question... What is the validity of the US Army tartan? It is the only one I feel that I have a right to wear. Thanks!
