Another greeting from California.......
Greetings to the rabble, clans, despots, et cetera. 'Should cover most everyone. As any newbie, I'm relatively new to wearing the kilt. Understand it, & have worn it to the questionable looks of our 'no longer tax deductions'. As they don't want me to comment on what they wear, I simply ignore them. I've lurked about the forum for a bit. Had some questions answered. Still have more, which is the reason for joining the forum. My spouse, aka "She Who Must Be Obeyed" (no joke, half Spanish, half Italian, & can split a man's skull at 10 paces with her tongue!), is an excellent seamstress hoping to learn enough to knock up an Argyle, Prince Charlie, et cetera. If you need to know more about me, or are just mosey, simply ask. Slàinte
Steve

I'm hoping this rabble will be less newsworthy, & more enjoyable.

Thank you. I hope the other end of California is a bit more pleasant to live in than ours.

Hmmm, well, my earlier welcome was from two or three far nicer parts of the globe than you believe yours to be. Enjoy your time in 'our world', stay long and live/participate with us in peace and contentment.

Hello, and welcome from a Scotsman (west of Scotland, i.e. Glasgow), now living in the English midlands. Your wife sounds very formidable, but you obviously have her "on-side" if she is interested in making Argyles and Prince Charlies!
