    A brief re-introduction to all

Good Ladies and Gentlemen of xmarksthescot.com I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself to the many many new members of our great forum.

My name is Jamie and under the member account Panache I was quite involved with this forum for a few years as both a member and later staff member. My lovely wife Star posted here as the F-H.C.A.G. (which stands for "Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess") , a title she was given by the infamous "Nor Cal Rabble" who once posted profusely here. Star and I are active Scottish Country Dancers and members of the RSCDS with the San Franciso branch.

I am a stay-at-home Dad and spend quite a lot of my time at my daughter's elementary school working in the Library and organizing a Running Club for the students (amongst other things). I became a kilt wearer the same day I joined XMTS with the arrival of my first kilt, a Utilikilt Mocker. Though largely a traditional kilt wearer I do own and enjoy on occassion modern kilts.

I have not been a very active member as I was treated very poorly by my former friend and the current owner of XMTS which led to my departure from active participation here.

It has made me happy over the last couple of years though to see that the membership and the good fellowship here has continued to grow. While I can't erase the past, this place is still a very good one and I am still glad to be a member. So I now hope to be a more active one

So to friends old and new, I hope I may once again be welcomed amongst the fine Ladies and Gentlemen of XMTS

I doff my plumed hat to you all

    Cheers

    Jamie

Welcome back from a fairly new member (about 4 months) in Massachusetts (but originally from just outside of Glasgow, Scotland).

Welcome back, Jamie! Your contributions to XMarks have been missed, and I hope you will continue to be a very active member of XMarks. Your humor and personal style suits your monkier, Panache.

Welcome back to you and your lovely wife, F-HCAG!

    Cheers,

    Jocelyn
