Finally finished that Kilt!

O.K. Folks here it finally is! Here is the finished Kilt, Kilt shirt, Fly Plaid, and Flashes. This is not quite my husband's family tartan but it is what I was able to get on short notice. It took me about 3-4 weeks total. Now let me explain that. It took me about 2 of those weeks to get my son to give me his measurements while I was ordering fabric and such. So in actuality it took me about 2 weeks, in my spare time. Now I just need to mail it all out to him for an early October wedding. I will post pictures once he give me them. Enjoy!

Thanks for showing your work, and well done. May I ask, is the material wool and how difficult was it to come by ?

A very fortunate young man indeed to have a mother willing to make a kilt for him I'm assuming with the speed and beauty of your work, you'll be making more for him following his nuptials?
