finally jumped
Hello all! I had been standing at the edge of getting a kilt for quite some time. Moving to PA and as fate would have it 1/4 mile from USA Kilts World Headquarters got the Guinness pumping faster and i finally jumped. I first purchased a McGuinness (deep and dear to me) and subsequently a Bumblebee tartan that Rocky and Kelly outfitted the Local AOH chapter with. The addiction (or infection) has spread to the point where I cannot stay away from highland/celtic festivals especially heavy athletics. I've found new motivation and a deeply satisfying involvement/ pride in my (our) heritage. A special thanks to my new friends at USAKilts.com raise a pint, toss a stone

Caleighspop,
Welcome to the board, as you probably are aware you are amongst a fiesty lot. It sounds as if you are starting to see the natural and wonderful world of kilt wearing. Cannot wait to hear about your kilting experiences, and you will be the one to out Graham Graham.

Welcome to the board Caleighspop, I can see that you have the same problem we all do. Welcome to kiltaholics annonymous where non of us overcome the addiction.
Don't listen to what they are saying about me, each night while I sleep on this side of the world, they are all saying things about me, unspeakable things, I hear their voices in my head and then wake to see it written on this site, don't believe them, it's not true.
my head hurts
seriously, we look forward to your contributions, we love stories, lots of them!
If you are ordering from USAK you'll not be waiting long, like me, they never sleep and are determined to break to land speed record for making kilts.

Be careful Graham, I'm a psychiatric/learning disability nurse, and a lot of medication causes constipation, you really wouldn't want me coming at yer with an enema
