Finally .....kilted
Hello to everybody.
I'm Hector and I'm Belgian (small town in Brussels ).
I discovered only very recently the great pleasure of being kilted (despite my age-I'm 58- but better late than never).
I love it and I'm so pleased to see there is a lot of enthusiasm for wearing kilts all around the globe!!
Another recent discovery for me was this forum which, for newcomers, is a real goldmine of information.
......oh, by the way, for the moment I'm the lucky owner of two kilts and I hope to receive very soon a daywear outfit from Hector Russell.
My very best wishes to all!!

Hector: Welcome to XMTS from the mountains of northern New Mexico! When you are ready, post some pictures of you in your kilt(s).

I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

A warm Scottish welcome from middle England. I haven't been to Belgium kilted, but recently visited Amsterdam kilted. Was a bit wary of the wind, but it turned out to be OK.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!
