Finally took the plunge...
I lurked on here for a while but I can now safely say that I have jumped into the pool. I finally ordered my first "real" kilt today after looking around for a while. I got one of the two that I would feel wearing. It is in the US Navy tartan sense I served for 4 years on active duty. Now all that is left to do is wait for it to arrive.

Welcome Navy. I think you'll find threading on this site easier than treading while kilted in the deep end of the pool. Jump on in.
I should have read your bio first. If you come to Ole Miss Nov. 1st. I'll be in front of the Alumni House next to the 1930 Model A Ford. I'll be the kilted guy. Look for another kilted XMark friend from that other Alabama school when you play them. SEC all the way.
