Gday from Thailand

Firstly id like to a big hello to the community here . Im actually an Aussie guy with both MacDonald and Reid (Robertson) heritage living here in Bangkok for the past 16years which does have its ups and downs . Ive not seen a single kilt whilst living here which could be due to the extreme heat ( ps - i couldnt imagine wearing an 16oz wool kilt in the tropics, i do though have a couple of newly acquired poly kilts which will get worn quite a bit much to the amusement of the locals im sure ) .The forum seems like a lively one which is positive and i hope im some small way i can contribute . It sounds like great good fortune to live in such a beautiful place. I can't imagine the heat, though...perhaps a sarong in favorite tartan colors? ;-)
