Great big "Hi" from a Scouser in Edinburgh
Hi to all members (& voyeurs!) of a forum!
For those who don't know what a Scouser is - I hail from Liverpool. Another truly great city to the one I now live which is Edinburgh...
I became a member as I'm researching & in the process of purchasing my very kilt outfit, which trust me is a daunting prospect considering I've never owned before. It is for my Dads wedding is on 6th April...
The excitement I'm having with the depth of learning that goes with it all is a task in itself!
I'm looking forward to learning all I can from other members who I'm sure have an immense knowledge base.
Hoping to score a bargain or two on the For Sale thread also!
Thanks again for bringing me into the fold/family,
Stephen

Greetings and welcome to this fine rabble. Glad you have you along. I guess perhaps your first research project should be to figure out what a Scouser is.

Welcome from the highlands of central Massachusetts, New England, USA. Do you have time to get a kilt made before the wedding? I suggest you rent the kit and get a good quality kilt in the next couple, (or more), months. Take your time getting other items. You could drop a lot of money on a first 'outfit' without knowing what great options are out there.
