    Greetings.....

I'm from vermont and have been wearing kilts for about three years now. I currently have three utilikilts (mocker, workmans, original) one stillwater, small blackwatch, and one great kilt. I have scottish in me (munro clan) However I identify more with my native heritage as thats how i was raised. Since I got my first kilt, several other abenakis in my tribe got them. Nothing funnier then Natives running around in kilts. I'm happy to be a part of this board, thank you.

You might be surprised at the very strong connections between the First Nations and the Scots:

And don't forget Vermont has its own tartan:

Hmmm . . I've always identified more with my Scottish and Irish heritage than my Native heritage (Cherokee). I'm now becoming more involved now with my Native heritage.
