Greetings from another Oklahoman
Greetings all, looking forward to joining in on the conversations. We live in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, been married for 28 years, 2 kids and 2 grandkids. I spent the last 10 years on a BMW Sport-Touring motorcycle as my main transportation, but recently bought a WRX that has turned out to be so much fun I haven't missed the bike, not once. We love it so much that the wife claimes joint custody! I love Volleyball, but the Spousal Unit won't play, she thinks it hurts too much. ??? This summer I've exclusively played Water Volleyball, but as Water Volleyball goes, I'm not sure you can call it volleyball with all the lifting, carrying and dunking of the ball, but it is fun. The wife is a vampire (She actually is allergic to the sun) so she just sits in the shade and chills. I think I bought my first kilt about 5 years ago, it's too small now!! Let's just say my BMI has dropped, but I've bulked up my core. Let's just say.... Anyway, I started off buying 3 UTKilts, my first Kilt was a light weight canvas camo cargo kilt. I am not a traditional Kilt guy, I'm more of a modern kilt, wearing them as low as they will fit me, kinda kilt guy. My second was my only traditional Black Watch Tartan and the 3rd was a Khaki heavy modern cargo kilt, which was my favorite of the 3, because I hadn't actually gottan a sporran yet and therefore had not worn the Black Watch yet. We have two festival that I am aware of in Oklahoma, one in the Oklah9oma City area in the spring and one in the Tulsa area in the fall. I bought a nice leather sporran at one of the events so I finally wore the Black Watch to the office one friday. It is very comfortable, but being an inexpensive Kilt, the built in pieces of belt are very, very cheap and fragile and they wont survuve very many outings and I amtrying to decide whether to have the belts upgraded or just purchase womething more sturdy. My current favorite is my Elkommando kilt from Mountain Hardwear. I don't think they make them anymore because they do not appear on the Mountain hardwear website, but I have bought 2 off Amazon. They are extremely lightweight and very comfortable. Anyway, that's the extent of my kilts, but I do have my eye on the Utilikilts and I do like the style of the Kilt This Kilts.

Welcome from a Scotsman living in the English Midlands. Your choice of name (nudist) doesnt seem compatible with kilt wearing.

Depends on your point of view I suppose. If you're flat on your back, looking up at a man in a kilt, or a naked man, it's pretty much the same view.

Greeting from Clearwater, FLA (USA)
I guess we're all nudists under our clothes...
At a time like this one must ask themselves, 'WWJDD"
What Would Jimmy Durante Do?
