Greetings from Atlanta Georgia
Hello new friends. My first post on this forum. I’ve been wearing kilts for a couple years , since myself and family did our dna testing and discovered our Scottish roots. Finding our family ties to the Livingston, McKinney, Sandilands and of course Carver(Karwer). We knew we had English roots, but thought we also were Irish and German, but not really.
I bought a bunch of cheap Pakistani kilts first, they were poor quality, thin and fit terribly. Then I bought a couple from Atlanta kilts, not bad, but not necessarily what I wanted. I bought a couple random wool kilts on eBay, which turned out surprisingly nice. When it was time to get married, I bought a 5 yard Livingston ancient from USA kilt...excellent kilt, great customer service. Since then, I’ve bought several high quality used kilts from Etsy and eBay...as well as many balmoral bonnets...
Long story short...I’ve become a full blown kilt wearer in a short time.

Welcome, from California!
I've owned kilts from a few different manufacturers at this point, but USA Kilts takes my money from here on out. ;-)

Welcome from nearly next door, the midlands of South Carolina. BTW, there is a strong kilt presence in GA; check out your state gatherings in Events-Kilt Nights and/or Events-Highland Games!
I've found that most relationships work best when no one wears pants.

Welcome from the Atlanta suburbs! There are several posters from the Atlanta area, and pre-Covid we'd try to get together every so often in person. Usually for a pint or two, but we've met for meals and the obligatory Burns Supper. I hope you enjoy your time around here!
