    Greetings from Colorado

New to the Forum and new to kilts. I bought my first one a 5.11 utility kilt for golfing. I have never liked shorts but golf in long pants in the summer here can be a bit uncomfortable. I really liked the kilt for the ease of movement and ventilation. First time on the links a grounds keeper noticed me, stopped his machine and stood up applauding. Now own 4 kilts, another utility kilt, a standard kilt in PV and a wonderful 'American Heritage' wool kilt. Found the forum listed in Barbara Tewksbury book, bought to better understand the construction of a kilt. I have no intention of making a kilt.
