My name is Kris and I found this forum while searching for Kilt info. I am an adoptee that just discovered my biological family through a Ancestry DNA test. I have discovered that ancestors from both parents are from Scotland. During a recent trip to Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, I purchased my first Kilt in the Scottish National tartan. I wore for the first time a couple of weeks ago and loved it. I am now looking to get another in the Mitchell tartan which is my fathers family.
