hello,

My name is Merle. I live and work in tucson now. I was originally from South Dakota. I am 56 years old. I own one kilt, a true color. I bought it originally to wear to renn faires. I have gotte bitten by the desire to wear my kilt more often than that.
The kilt I own, I bought three years ago. I have worn it a couple times outside of the renn faires. I am planning on acquiring a few more so I can wear them on a regular basis. I eventually want to get a heavy weight kilt in Black Hills tartan.

I work as an Registered Nurse at a local hospital. I am planning in a couple years to do travel nursing, just to visit different areas of the country.

My daughter is an RN at the VA Hospital there in Tucson - a noble profession for sure. Add the Tucson Highland Games to your list this fall.

My Mom was an RN, and my wife is an RN - she did the traveling thing briefly, and she speaks highly of it. Says she always wanted to go work in Hawaii for a while! :-)
