    Hello

New to the forum, and would just like to take this opportunity to say hello. I'm an avid fan of everything Celtic and am interested in purchacing my first kilt sometime soon. I've been putting off my initial purchace until I do some proper research on what is out there.

A shout out to mikemisfit...I'm a good rat too.

Allow me to be the first to welcome you to the board. You can not go wrong getting advice from the guys here about purchasing a kilt. Unless you are looking for a tank (a full 8 yard traditional wool kilt) my advice is either Rocky at USA kilts or Bear at Bear kilts. You can't go wrong with either. I don't know much about the modern non-tartaned kilts, because I've never had an intertest in them.

Dude. You came to the right place. You've got guys here that HAVE kilts from virtually every company out there... apart from the AUTHENTIC traditionals. There's a LOAD of help readily available so you're not stuck in "kiltland" without a guide.

    Mag Dhuibhin,

    Welcome to the forum.
Just a note of warning: Kilts and this forum
    are both quite addictive.
