Hello (Again!)
Hello, My name is Tom Hays, but on this forum I go by A Hay!.
I was an active member for several years but kind of dropped out a few years ago. I retired in 2011 and got busy with relocating and didn't have as many opportunities for wearing a kilt.
I have had two opportunities to go back to Scotland, in 2015 and 2017, on tours and really enjoyed those visits. I worked in Germany for the US Army for years and have visited Scotland six times in total.
I'm starting to read about some of the long time members again and also the many new members that have joined the forum in the intervening years.
My wife and I have started the process of moving into a retirement community and are downsizing. Since retiring, I have been able to exercise more and have reduced my waist size from 42 inches to 38 inches. This means I have a few kilts that I need to part with and so I will be posting those in the appropriate place on the forum in the next few weeks. One of the good things about the retirement village will be the opportunity to wear a kilt more often!.
That's all for now.
Nice to be back.
Tom

Well met Tom from a new, to you, member. Good on you for the loss of weight and good for those that may acquire your used kilts. May they find a good new home as we welcome you back to old haunts here.
