Hello All
I got a link to this site from a friend and have seen a post from another friend while cruising around. So I figured I'd come dirty up the waters a bit. ;-)
I have worn a kilt twice now. Once to the bar and once to Moms place for dinner. I REALLY wish I had a nice black one for my Brother-in-laws wedding tomorrow. That'd make my MIL turn all shades of red, LOL. I really did enjoy the way the kilt felt, and since I am not the shy type the attention wasn't to bad either.
As soon as money allows I will be buying a kilt (or 10) of my own. The one I had was barrowed. Then I can be as free as I deserve to be.

Scooter,
Welcome! Glad to see another kilted lover on the board! Already liking your attitude with the kilt or ten.

Don't let the borrowed kilt go to waste!! Send it back to the Cossack with some signs it was worn and enjoyed!
Welcome aboard Scootter.
BTW gentlemen, I can vouch for Scootter being a fine young man, with three adorable kids and a good looking wife who can probably outshoot him.

I would say you'tr going to need quite a bit of money, "Kilts are addictive."
I started with one, now I have 6 and now want a couple of non\traditionals. Who knows where it will stop.

Reason: Had to change that to 6, forgot the one I'm wearing.

Welcome to X Marks, Scootter.
It would seem that you already have a good "kilting attitude", so you are likely going to enjoy yourself here.

Wish I had known that earlier Scootter... because I'm sitting on 5 all black, wool kilts here. There are various sizes and they're all three buckles, lined, permanent pleated and not my size. Oh well... maybe next wedding!
Glad you decided to jump into the fray. You'll enjoy this group... or atleast 99% of them.
