Hello, All.
Hello! I've been lurking for the past few days, and you seem like a friendly lot. I figured I may as well drop in.
Never really sure what to say in these intro posts...
Well, I suppose I should start by saying that I'm a newbie both on the forum and in wearing a kilt. In fact, I've only ever worn my father's old kilt (which was - and is - far, far too large), and then only a few times.
I would like to get my own, though, and the sooner, the better. I have a number of questions, but I won't ask them in the intro forum -- I'll mosey on over to a more appropriate location.
So, uh, yeah. That's it. Hi!

A Queen's student as the supreme Canuck? Hmmm, evidently you have never been to UBC.
Lots of kilts in Kingston - check the RMC pipe band.

I'm a political studies major and a history minor. Which will make me entirely unemployable. After I graduate, it's off to get a law degree. Don't hold it against me.

We have our own, and RMC is a bit of a walk. Besides, they don't seem to like us much.
And as for lots of kilts in Kingston, yes. Yes there are. Boy, are there ever. Where else do you see a group of five kilted guys piping and dancing down the sidewalk on a Friday night?
