Hello another newbie from Virginia
Hello all and thanks for letting me join your community. My name is Bobby I am 41(tomorrow) male from SW Virginia in the Blue Ridge Mtns of the Moonshine capital of the world. A little about me, I am a father, NPS ranger, cancer fighter, fiddler, homesteader, brewer, tabletop gamer, woodworker, and an aspiring scottish heavy athlete and kilt enthusiast. When comes to kilts I am a real newbie. I bought a DNKE last year to begin training in but when the cancer hit it slowed the training way down and I dont wear it nearly as much as I should. In recfent weeks I have sought to change that by just generally wearing it while I do my work around my home. Now I want to take it farther. I am looking forward to getting some tartans..my family is Fraser so I would love to get the clan kilt and Blackwatch. Again thanks for having me and I lokk forward to conversing with many of you

Well met and welcome Bobby. I'll answer Father Bill's question, maybe, (Damn near Kilt 'em). We have many athletes here among us and glad to have more. NPS = National Park Service I assume. Our group contains personalities world wide that don't know all the abbreviations so we spell out many to keep the confusion to a minimum.
Proud to have you join us and hope you feel at home here.
Another Bobby.
