Hello from Argentina

Hello everyone!

I'm Alan from Argentina and this is my first Post. I'm 21 and starting in the Kilt world.
Family on my mother's side has Scottish ancestry, and I am tracing it to the Brown (or Broun) Clan.
Since I live in Buenos Aires and here it is not common to wear kilts I have made my effort to make one for myself starting from scratch (wich you will see soon on the DIY section). Even though I'm thinking to get a commercial one.

Well met Alan. Glad to have you with us. You will read, among the many posts, that taking your time and building your kilt and accessories will benefit you in the long run. Dressing well is seldom a race to finish quickly but to finish with the best results.

This Saturday I'm going to the Highland Games here in Buenos Aires so I will take some pictures of my kilt and accesories to share with you.
