Hello from Asheville, NC
I just wanted to say hello to everyone here. Tartan Hiker and Barclay (I think that was who it was) introduced me to the site tonight at Jack of the Woods. Just got my first kilt the other day, an R-Kilt. I love it, havent had a chance to wear it out yet. I was going to wear it to Jack of the Woods tonight...but, I didnt have any shoes to wear with it, only my sneakers, and it just looked weird. Looking forward to getting to know everyone on here.

Welcome from the cactus patch, and have fun with your new kilt.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

Welcome from Ontario, Canada. Had the pleasure of meeting Barclay up here earlier this year. Also know the pleasures of RKilt ownership .

I love my kilt. The craftsmanship is absolutely amazing, and it looks great.
My family lives in Canada still, my aunt and her husband outside of Toronto, my grandmother and uncle in Maxville. We moved from Montreal to the US in 1995.
Both Barclay and Tartan Hiker seemed like awesome people.

I don't know if we're officially awesome, but we don't bite or pee on the floor (usually). Housebroken, barely.
It was a pleasure meeting your family. Your grandmother is obviously quite a wonderful lady.
Welcome to X-Marks! Looking forward to seeing you at Jack's in the near future. Don't forget the Hooligans are playing there on Jan 5th.
