Hi! My name is Phil, I'm 42 and live South of Belgium between Brussels and the Ardennes. I've to apologize first for my bad use of the English language as my mother tongue is French. I do own one of those crapy cheap Black Watch kilt bought on the Internet and would like to buy one or more kilts made of quality wool. I'm not Scottish but I feel deeply Celtic as my countryside is full of archaeological traces and toponymy reminding the past presence of that great civilization. Very glad to join this community where I'm sure I will learn a lot about our common passion. Cheers, Phil
