Hello from Bruges, Belgium
Hello, I'm an everyday kilt wearer, from Bruges Belgium. Probably one of the most kilt-unfriendly cities of the world. Therefore I'm working in another, more open-minded city.
I have not a single drop of Scottish blood running through my veins, I'm just wearing kilts for the joy of it.

from both southern US coasts!
It's good to see you're willing to put your comfort ahead of what others may think. Here's hoping they realize it's not as big an issue as they seem to think it is.

Is there a better reason to wear a kilt than for the joy of it?
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon
