Hello from the Buckeye State
Hello, all
New to kilts (one in the house, one on order)--now, where & when to wear them?
Name is Matt, but often called Mac,..Irish/German mutt, raised on the farm, living in the big town of Columbus, Ohio,...any Dropkick Murphys fans out there?
Thanks, Gent--M

Hi Mac!
from Ithaca, NY!
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

Welcome from a reformed Buckeye (though still an OSU football fan). There's a number of us DKM fans here. There's a general celtic music section that has some DKM discussions in it.

Welcome to the forum Mac! Of course, on a kilt forum there are a lot of Mac's here
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Welcome, Mac, from Northern Colorado! You're going to find a couple DKM fans 'round these parts, and maybe get turned on to a band or two you aren't familiar with. I know I did!
