Hello from Calgary - though soon relocating to Scotland

Hello �� from Calgary
Not a kiltmaker, but rather a highland dance costume supplier in Calgary who also has a line of 50 dress tartans for dancers exclusive to us - milled in Scotland but worn by dancers around the world, and the only way they can get them is through my hands cutting and shipping either direct to them, or through their kiltmaker.

Been in business some 25+ years run by my mom and dad, now it’s my mom and I running things, and we’re in the process of picking up and moving ourselves and the business to Scotland (she was born there, that gave me citizenship rights so a nice “easy” move immigration wise).

Around the world in the dance community our tartans have been known and referred to as the “Canadian tartans” so it will be interesting to watch the business evolve as we set up shop permanently in Scotland.

Dancers love our tartans because the colours are much more vibrant than the competing Scottish varieties.
