Hello from Dallas / Ft. Worth
Hello everyone, My name is Kyle Lewis and I am a magician currently developing a street and small venue show in the genre of the old west medicine show. My costume is somewhat steampunkish, however, and includes a waistcoat, long tails jacket, knee-high leather moccasins, and a kilt. The image came to me while visiting Scarborough Faire this year. Once it is complete, I will share it. THIS is how I became interested in the kilt, and I thank Steve for having enough faith in me to skip my "probation" period. Feel free to contact me about anything..... I will be doing the same. Nice to meet ya'll

Well met Kyle. Knowing there are places needed for a magician's concealed items, I expect you have ideas of having your kilt contain these "secret" compartments. Please share your thoughts (without giving away the illusion) if you will. I promise we will not give all the public a "heads up" on your craft. Welcome from a admirer to the arts of misdirection.

I havent yet been booking, but as soon as all is up and running, I hope to book at outdoôr venues, like main street days, fairs, and the like. Thinking of going into retirement homes and specialty places, such as the Old Bedford School, as well.

Since I will be incorprating a jacket and waistcoat as well, I will probably utilize the pockets in those. However, the kilt "pouch" (the actual name escapes me) will definitely come in handy.
