I'm a newbie to the forum, but not to being "kilted" - I've been wearing them since about 1998.
I'm original from the North of England of English and Scottish decent (although there is also a bit of N. Irish and Manx in somewhere in my family background for good measure). I'm currently living in Estonia - where I am pleased to confirm the kilt has been warmly received. Actually Estonia has it's own national tartan (which could be next on my list).
