Hello & Greetings from DUNFERMLINE
Greetings,
I am Graham A. Robieson, and I like to take this time to introduce myself, I own #1 kilt made out of my personal tartan, which I designed myself and took it to Geoffrey (Tailor) Highland Crafts Limited on 22nd July 2004, to get it weaved.
As experience goes with wearing a kilt my knowledge is limited, however I know alot about the history that goes with family names e.g. Robertson, Robieson, Robinson, Robeson, Robson etc. My passion is tartans, and I have been designing tartans for 12 years, I have 14 of them registered and are listed on The Scottish Register of Tartans, here is a link:
http://www.tartanregister.gov.uk/res...twr=&apn=&res=
I have a disability and I am unemployed, I have been volunteering since April 2008, at the Woodside Weavers in Glenrothes, which is part of Fife Arts & Crafts Enterprise Training (FACET), here is a link:

Thank you for your time,
Graham

Hi, Graham, and welcome to X Marks from the bottom end of Africa.
I, too, am passionate about tartan, and recognised your name immediately from the Register. However, I had not realised that you had 14 designs registered!
So far my designs exist only in electronic format, but I hope to register at least a few and have them woven. On my Facebook gallery I show about 120 of them.
Regards,
Mike
