    Talking Hello from Heidelberg, Germany

Hi there. After my best friend wore a kilt to my wedding (as my best man) and it looked really great on him, I decided to get one myself.
Took me a while (about a year ;)) but now I am the proud owner and wearer of a traditional 10 yd kilt in the Black Watch tartan.
I have read quite a bit here and on other websites and really liked the community and helpful demeanor on this forum, so I decided to register and say hello to all of you.

And probably pester you all with my uncessant questions about my new kilt

But 10 yards? Are you sure, this would be a LOT of fabric!

    Yes, I'm quite sure - I am a LOT of man ;)
It was quite a steal, as some guy ordered it and never collected it at Kilts & More. So I tried it on and it fit perfectly! And quite lucky as I want to celebrate my birthday next month with a scottish themed party (Haggis with neeps and taters and lots of scotch ale, if I can get it) and a newly ordered kilt would have taken to long.

Any tips on where I can get scotch ale in Heidelberg or on the web in time?
