    Hello from Mt Crumpet

My name is George Matheis and I am better known in the gun and knife forums as mercop. I am a retired police and teach personal protection and preparedness.

My Scottish Clan is McNeil, they fled to County Cork Ireland and splintered into McGrail. By 1896 my Great Grandfather Francis "Hawkeye" McGrail and his brother Red were both engaged in Irish Welfare in Elizabeth NJ. Francis was with the police department and Red with the fire department.

I got my first Amerikilt a month ago and now have five kilts all together and have another being made. I am a sick sick man. I look forward to hanging out and learning from you all.- George
