Welcome from Valley Forge, PA. I am fortunate to have a kilt maker nearby. I didn't know that when I bought my first kilt not too long ago, which came from ... Ontario. Burnetts and Struth (see dark blue add above).
Why don't you tell us what you are looking for (or why you are looking for a kilt, that may help too)?

Aye, I'm glad that there's a local maker, the only problem is the HST!
Well, after browsing around a bit, I've decided that I need an 8-yard kilt in 16 oz. Renwick Modern, along with an Argyle jacket and waistcoat, sporran etc, and a Balmoral, which I am very partial to.
As for why I'm looking for a kilt, I've wanted one since I was about 9-10 (bear in mind I'm a High School Junoir here), and now I'm actually attending places that warrant formal dress, and I figure what better way to do it than one that represents my heritage? So yeah, it's a patriotic thing for me.
And since practically the whole county's Scottish (we've got one of the biggest Highland Games in the world outside of Scotland about 30 minutes down the road), it's really a matter of pride and continuing the tradition.
