Hello from Peaks Island Maine

Greetings to All,

Just a quick introduction as I have been lurking around for quite some time. I made my first kilt in 2002 and have been wearing them ever since. I have been wearing kilts for the past twelve or so years, more or less full-time. I have several utilikilts, several that I have made and three from Howie at 21st Century Kilts. I am finishing up work on a denim kilt, which has been a pain. Who knew denim was so unforgiving. The next kilt in the pike is a Clergy tartan, which will be the first tartan that I will work on.

My partner/husband and I moved to Peaks Island Maine in January of 2013. I play the cello and the viola da gamba. Working on a new business of tailored clothing for men. Specifically bespoke suits that feature kilts and other un-bifurcated garments.
