Hello from San Diego!
I'm Jim. New to this forum, but have been wearing kilts for about 10 years ever since I joined my high school pipe band.
I finally own my own kilt (have always worn a band kilt) and I'm very happy about it.
I look forward to getting to know you lot here.

Hello Jim. Welcome to X Marks.
Good news about getting your won kilt; what tartan is it? Hopefully, you will share some pictures with the rabble soon.
Glad you chose to join X Marks and I look forward to your participation.

Simon Fraser fought as MacShimidh, a Highland chief… wrapped and belted in a plaid over the top of his linen shirt, like his ordinary kinsmen. He put a bonnet on his head, and stuck the Fraser emblem, a sprig of yew, in it. With the battle cry, A'Chaisteal Dhunaidh and the scream of the pipes, they charged to battle. Hi Jim and a warm welcome from sunny Queensland - not that you'll need the "warm" from the times I've been in San Diego!
Regards, Sav.
