Hello from Texas

I am obviously a new member here so I am posting.

I started wearing a kilt 3 years ago when I started working at a couple of Renaissance Faires both in Texas and New York. My mom sent me my grandfather's kilt as an early birthday present. This kilt is a Gunn clan tartan which my grandfather mail ordered direct from Scotland when he was living in the Panama Canal in 1960.

Having fallen in love with the kilt, I have just ordered and received for this year's birthday, a solid green utility kilt from Verillas.

I have a number of other accessories that came with the kilt as well which I have either not worn yet (like the socks and flashes) or do not know how or when to wear (like the fly plaid).
