Hello! From Washington State
Hello everyone,
I'm from Washington State. Got into kilting about 3 years ago. I currently own 2 kilts and 1 great kilt, 1 is a wool Fraser Red Modern, the other is a PV Spirit of Scotland, and my great kilt is a Nicholson Hunting Ancient. I'm more closely related to the Nicholson's more than the Fraser's and the Campbells, but I'm only a member of the Fraser clan. Happy to be part of this community and I'm hoping to make a lot of friends!

Never been to Woodenville but I do agree that Washington is very beautifully state. I’ve never been to Tennessee but I’m sure it’s just as beautiful, plus I love Bluegrass music, always love going to the bluegrass festival when I get the chance too.

Glad you joined up! The folks here are quite helpful, and good natured.
Enjoy wearing your kilts!
I typically wear one of mine every day now that I am retired.

Welcome from Texas!
Halo SterlingSky1,
I'm a Florida boy living in Texas after 20+ years in Idaho. I've been wearing kilts since 2016 and now have 9 kilts!
1) Black Watch
2) Pride of Scotland
3) Campbell of Argyll
4) Bruce
5) Potts (custom woven and tailored)
6) McPhearson
7) khaki utility
8) Campbell sports kilt (for competing in Highland Games)
9) Black Watch Weathered Feileadh Mòr (great kilt)
They represent my journey of the last 8 years. I wear a kilt often, but by no means daily or weekly. I also bought a PC Jacket to go with my family tartan kilt and wear it as often as formal occasions come up. The sports kilt for all the Games, the utility kilt for sailing, and the others get rotated through opportunities. My last girlfriend bought me the Ancestry thing which helped me find a little more of my heritage than I knew before, which was the motive behind the Campbell and Bruce kilts. It's great to be kilted!
