    Hello from Wisconsin. Having secured my wool tartan utility kilt from UT Kilts, I humbly submit my application to the Kiltwearers Guild. I have submitted my non-disclosure agreement about what is worn underneath, have undergone the ritual hazing and have taken the customary vows.
