I need advise on a new in expensive kilt for a first-timer
Welcome to XMarks. I'm sure you'll get a lot of advice but I'll recommend USA Kilts and Stillwater Kilts . I don't have a Stillwater but others recommend them highly. I DO have a USA Kilt and recommend them highly as well.
