Hey lads and lass's
It was suggested I start my own little intro thread, so hear it is.
My name is Jackson Wagner, I'm a serving soldier, outdoor enthusiast, and hardcore kiltaholic! I just bought my 12th kilt while here in Scotland. I have some custom contemporary ones, but thought since I was here I would buy one from the homeland! LOL
I rarely ever wear trousers anymore as I've grown far to partial to kilts. Sometimes I dress rather traditionally and others I wear whatever tickles my fancy with my kilt. I've taken the notion that a kilt is just another piece of regular clothing so I should feel free to mix and match as my whims direct me. ;)
Anyways it's great to be here, and I look forward to chatting and reading lots and lots of interesting stuff!

And I like your attitude for wearing the kilt. Just another article of clothing. I wear mine when they come up next in the closet. I wish more people treated it that way.
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Hello and a warm Celtic from Boston, Massachusetts.
Good on you, wearing the kilt is a regular clothing item to me as well. The work requires trousers, but after that the kilt is in the regular line-up, contemporary, tartan casual, tartan tank, worn with whatever goes for the day.
