    Hi folks from UK

    Hi

I've been wearing the kilt (Gunn as my family) for some time but only recently stumbled on this forum.

It looks great and I look forward to browsing and contributing where I can.

    Regards

    Rich

Thank you Father Bill. I see you have Sinclair lineage. My distant relatives lived with and married a few Sinclairs. Nice to meet you.

Welcome to the site, you'll find a lot of useful information on here.
We have a lot in common, My mothers side of the family have a lot of relatives in Southampton, I went to school in Inverness, and my sport is sailing..

I don't think I'll risk a kilt while sailing though...

    Welcome Rich from Ireland.
I have a Gunn and was wearing it in Sligo and wondered why I was getting different looks to when I am normally kilted.
Days later I realised when I saw a shop window. Gunn tartan is the uniform for the local convent school!
