Hi from Kiltie12
I live in SE England and returning to this site after an absence and now with a new server. I am in my early 60s and have worn a kilt for nearly all my life. I currently have 4 kilts all of the same (family) tartan but different presentations. I enjoy wearing my kilt at any time and have never met any hostile reaction. I have a Scottish background but believe kilts should be for all. In my time have enjoyed Scottish Dancing but dodgy joints stopped that. I am not married but am in a good relationship with a lovely Scottish Lassie

Welcome from the opposite side of the planet (British Columbia, Canada)
Which tartan is it that you wear?
EPITAPH: Decades from now, no one will know what my bank balance looked like, it won't matter to anyone what kind of car I drove, nor will anyone care what sort of house I lived in. But the world will be a different place, because I did something so mind bafflingly eccentric that my ruins have become a tourist attraction.

Hello Kiltie,
Welcome to XMarks from the middle of Thetford Forest in Norfolk.
Might be a bit late for this, but quite a few of us will be at the Harpenden Highland Gathering tomorrow - we are in Scot's Corner.
Regards
Chas
