Hi from linlithgow, Scotland
Hi everyone my name is Jamie Gordon and I have been looking at the forum for a few weeks but just joined yesterday. I typed this out 3 times yesterday and the computer messed up so will try on my phone tonight. I have lived in Central Scotland for my 27 years and love the country. I got my first custom made kilt in ancient Duncan about 5 years ago and found as many excuses as possible to wear it. Last year I got a ex hire weathered lochaber for hill walking. Now I am learning to make my first box pleat in hebridein heather at the blackwatch museum. I plan to make a small collection and use the kilt for every day wear.
I'm looking forward to many great conversations.
Jamie

Jamie: Welcome from the mountains of northern New Mexico! I hope you enjoy the XMTS forum. I, too, have an ancient Duncan kilt - a 5-yard Lochcarron Strome from Burnett's and Struth. I look forward to seeing some of yours, especially the ones you make.
John
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
