Howdy !
Stumbled on this site while researching kilt making. It has been a treasure trove of information. I'm of Scotts/Irish descent ( and German and native American... typical American mutt) MacGregor on the one side Donnelley on the other. Made my first kilt from cotton plaid just to see if I'd like it.....Im hooked. So here I am , trying to fit a kilt below a stetson. LOL

Not a kilt wearer by ancestry. They are the most comfortable item a guy can wear. A little nippy outside, especially with the snow, for one today. Welcome to X Marks The Scot from da "Burgh !

Welcome from a similar mutt just south of Albany NY. We have similar mutt backgrounds, but I have no proof of American Indian. Should know in a few months, as we're doing the ancestry.com dna thing! Frank
