Long time lurker form Edinburgh/London checking in!

Hi all, I've been reading the contributions of all you fantastic people for a while now and have finally decided to join you as I am finally getting a kilt. I'm originally from London but I'm up at Edinburgh for Uni and given all the ceilidhs and reels that are now starting to open up (hopefully) I thought I'd make the plunge.

Owning a kilt is something I've obsessed about for years and I thought it would be great to have a large and knowledgeable body of people such as yourselves to guide me through these nascent stages.

I've spent a lot of time in Scotland prior to my move up here and I'm a keen fly-fisherman so I was excited (and surprised) to see my fascination with kilts and tartan combine with my sporting interests in the fly-fishing group!
